About This Game Drunk On Nectar is a Nature Simulation game about animals, plants and ecology. To this end, the game has been built at invertebrate-scale (a 0.1 mm accurate micro world) for an unprecedented level of detail. Finally, each species has unique gameplay depending on its morphology. The current release features 11 invertebrate species:Monarch Butterfly (will full lifecycle from Caterpillar to adult!)Jumping Spider (Phidippus Regius, with Lifecycle upto Third Instar)Parasitic Wasp (Blue Mud Dauber with egg laying, nesting gameplay)Japanese Tiger BeetleGrasshopperThe Ladybug BeetleDragonfly (Common Hawker)Ants & Mealybugs (mutualism)Butterfly (Viceroy)Bee (Solitary).Plants are first-class citizens in DoN and expected to play an increasingly important role over time.Additional species of animals, plants and ecological phenomena are planned for addition once the game's EA goals (read above) have been met. You are welcome to vote for a creature or plant you're excited about for addition in the community forums!External LinksFollow DoN on Twitter!Catch the latest news on the Official Youtube channelVisit DoN's IndieDB pageDrunk On Nectar's Facebook page. 7aa9394dea Title: Drunk On Nectar - The Nature SimulatorGenre: Action, Casual, Indie, Simulation, Early AccessDeveloper:Venugopalan SreedharanPublisher:Venugopalan SreedharanRelease Date: 16 Nov, 2016 Drunk On Nectar - The Nature Simulator Download Utorrent Xbox 360 drunk on nectar - the nature simulator. drunk on nectar - the nature simulator download This game is a pretty accurate simulation of the life of an insect. Of course, the game isn't perfect. It doesn't have a huge team developing it, but it is still one of the most accurate insect simulators you can find. Heck, even the flora have a crude lifecycle! There are educational elements to the game as well, though nothing like extra homework or anything, just explanations of what is going on with the insect at the time, or what the game mechanics represent. This game is very smooth for its version, and definitely has re-playability. Just as a nitpick; Probably the most buggy thing about this game usually can be narrowed down to some sort of movement glitch. Whether it be going from up-side down on a leaf to right-side up, or teleporting into the air after being attacked, but for being one of the worst things I can think of for the game, it rarely ever ends up being game breaking, which goes to show how smooth the game actually is. So definitely give it a try if you like this kind of stuff! Definite congratulations to Venugopalan Sreedharan for the amazing work.(If I did not provide enough info, ask a question in the form of a comment. I might be able to answer it.). hmmmmm.. do i recommend this game? Yes!Am i a mad lad? Yes, did i just write a whole review with nothing because its 5 in the morning? Yes.. This game is adorable, educational, and technically brilliant in so many ways! I came to this game while researching Flight AI pathfinding for the unreal engine, as the developer has made his AI available on the UE4 marketplace. The lifecycles of all the creatures are lovingly recreated , almost as a series of minigames which differ from creature to creature. I hopped around as a grasshopper, i did a butterfly mating dance across the sky, i grubbed around as an ant participating in symbiotic activities with other critters. IT SO CUUUTE! Its so much fun to look around and see the whole ecosystem going on around you - a brilliant application of simulation. This is so obviously a work of love - there are so many features, tweaks and different ways to explore the content like multiple game modes, a sandbox mode etc - even the soundtracks each have at least a page of description. The obvious enthusiasm for lil critters shows thoroughly in every aspect of this game, and i wish the creator all the success in the world. I hope to see this game become more polished and expanded, and hopefully more successful on steam. This thing should be part of school curriculums across the world.
